Meet our General Manager Will Jones

1. Tell us where you’re from and what your background is.

I grew up just outside of Manchester in a place called Saddleworth and moved to central Manchester around 10 years ago. I started my career in the TV/Film industry before transitioning into the property sector where I have been working for around 8 years.

2. Explain your role at The Trilogy.

My role at the Trilogy centres around general building management/health & safety, but most importantly it’s my job to ensure the highest standards are met for our residents.

3. What is the best thing about your job?

There is an amazing community here at The Trilogy and I find a great satisfaction in ensuring everything is running smoothly and the team here are going above and beyond to provide a high quality service for the residents.

4. In three words, describe life at The Trilogy.

Fun, friendly and modern.

5. Tell us more about the lifestyle perks the development offers.

The Trilogy has so many great little touches that all come together to create a great atmosphere for residents. The gym has everything you need to get a great workout in, and the communal areas are such a nice place to relax and get to know your neighbours. The concierge team really go out of their way to ensure all of the residents needs are met. The state of the art parcel lockers are a brilliant way to ensure deliveries are stored and residents notified of the arrival.

6. On to the apartments, tell us about them.

All of the apartments are really well proportioned so even the smaller apartments feel really spacious. Due to the way the building has been designed all of the apartments benefit from plenty of natural light. The furnished apartments all offer sleek contemporary furnishings and modern appliances that look amazing. The built in wardrobes and floor to ceiling windows are also some of my favourite features.

7. What are the best things about The Trilogy’s location?

The location has the perfect balance of being nice and quiet but only being a short walk to the bars of Castlefield and central Manchester. The Metrolink stop being a 3 minute walk away makes getting almost anywhere in Manchester really easy.

8. When you’re not working, where would we find you hanging out in Manchester?

I do actually spend a lot of my free time in Castlefield, There’s some really nice walks down the canal paths and plenty of pubs that show the football which is always a bonus.

9. If you could only eat at one restaurant in Manchester for the rest of your life, which would it be?

I love Mexican food and there’s an amazing place down a little back street in the Northern Quarter called El Taquero so I’d have to say there.

10. And if you had to choose your favourite place in Manchester, where would it be?

There is an area that is about a 10 minute walk down the canal from The Trilogy just before you get into the centre of town where I love spending time. Loads of good bars/pubs such as The Wharf & Dukes92, and lots of nice outdoor areas to relax in summer. It’s really picturesque and I’d have to say that’s my favourite spot in Manchester.
