Recommend a Friend and Each Receive £50

Referrals must come through Building Link or be given in writing (via email) to front-desk@thetrilogy-manchester.co.uk The referral must be given to the Trilogy by the existing resident prior to the ‘recommended’ resident expressing an interest or committing to reserving an apartment. For clarity, you cannot claim to have recommended a friend if you discover post-application that they have reserved a unit without your prior knowledge.

A £50 voucher will be paid to the ‘recommending’ resident once the ‘recommended’ resident has taken occupation and the tenancy agreement has been executed.

Residents who have applied to rent a property within the Trilogy but have not yet taken occupation of the property will qualify, however no vouchers will be issued until both parties are residents and tenancy agreements have been executed.

There is no maximum limit to the number of referrals, although each referral will only benefit from one payment per tenancy. The Trilogy reserves the right to withdraw from any agreed tenancy at any time, and nothing within this offer constitutes the creation of any contract. All tenancies are subject to contract and satisfactory references.
