Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% over the base rate of Barclays Bank plc (which we work out each day) on any rent you owe which is more than 14 days late may be required. If the landlord charges this interest you will pay interest from the date you should have paid the rent until the date you actually pay. If you lose the keys or fobs to the premises or the building, you must pay us any reasonable costs to supply and fit replacement locks or supply extra keys or fobs.
